Note regarding Pre-paid rate: The credit/debit card used to book this pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. Should guests wish to eat in the Winchester restaurant they are advised to reserve a table in advance, for Dinner & Breakfast services.

The gym is open between 06:00 and 20.45 daily. The swimming pool is open between 06:30 and 08.45 daily. (Last Entry 1 Hour before i.e. 8pm)

Children's Swimming Times: Children up to 14 years old are welcome to use the swimming pool between 7am - 10am and last entry 9:30am and 15:00 - 19:00 and last entry 18:30. All children are always to be accompanied with an adult.

The swimming pool will be closed for Classes, which could impact morning swim times. if you wish to have more information you can contact the property directly using the contact details found in the booking confirmation.

Please note that this property does not accept cash payments.

When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. You will be contacted by the special events team and issued a contract.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
