Hi my name is Sarah, welcome to our studio in Moulton. My family and I have lived in Moulton since November 2015 and I have worked at the local village School since 2017 and previously ran a nail salon business from the Studio before converting into the stylish accommodation it is today. As you approach Boundary House you will see the Studio directly in front of you situated above the garage. To the left of the Studio is Boundary House Annex and then to left of the Annex in Boundary House itself. My family and I look forward to welcoming you to the Studio in the future.

Moulton is a beautiful village situated 5 miles from Spalding and 3.5 miles from Holbeach in the South Holland District of Lincolnshire. The Village boasts a Church, Working Windmill with Tea Rooms, a Pub, Fish & Chip Shop, Post office with General Store and a Hair and Beauty Salon. There is lots to explore in the surrounding areas and the popular Sandringham Estate and seaside town of Hunstanton are only a 45-50 minute drive away in one direction and the bustling market town of Stamford only a 45-50 minute drive away in the other direction. In addition to Stamford's popularity for its history, shopping opportunities, pubs & restaurants it is also home to the Defender Burghley Horse trials which is a 3 day event usually in the month of September. Generally travelling around the local area is trouble free, however watch out for the famous Lincolnshire pot holes and slow farm traffic when driving around our country lanes. Buses are available from the village to Spading, Holbeach, Sutton Bridge, Kings Lynn and Boston. Spalding has a train station where you can travel to Peterborough, Boston & Lincoln and pick up several connecting trains to further afield.
