The apartment has two en-suite bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 people and an infant. The apartment is located within prestigious Burlington Mansions, an historic former hotel still retaining many period features including a grand foyer with revolving door entrance. You can access the communal gardens including the large communal sun terrace for sunbathing and BBQ. There is a bike rack in the grounds. A gym is available for guests to use.

There are plenty of great places to visit within a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The lovely Boscombe Spa Village offers a coastal activity park, surf centre and shops, restaurants and cafés. Surf boards, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available to hire on the Overstrand. The iconic Boscombe pier has a music trail for the kids and traditional kiosks selling beach goods. Make sure you try the delicious local Purbeck Ice Cream. The Pier makes a great place to watch Bournemouth’s fireworks display every Friday in the summer season and of course, the annual Bournemouth Air Festival and new Wheels Festival. Tree lined Boscombe Chine Gardens with its playground, water play area and basketball court is also a short walk away. From the pier you can walk or cycle along the seafront promenade easterly to Southbourne or westerly to Poole Sandbanks peninsula ending at the jazz café. Shopping facilities in Boscombe’s traffic free pedestrian precinct are a few minutes’ walk inland and a market is held on Thursdays and Saturdays.
