Property information

This newly decorated house is a 10 minute walk from the renowned city centre of Norwich, making it the perfect retreat for guests or contractors. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. The living area comes with a smart TV including Netflix and a sofa bed. The bedrooms are spacious with a king and double bed and a small walkthrough bedroom attached to the second bedroom, ideal for children. There is lots of storage available with 2 wardrobes and a dressing table in each of the double rooms. Fast Wi-Fi, board games, a poker set and bed linen are included to give a homely feel. The stairs are a little steep so this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Also, the bathroom is downstairs and the bath sides are high enough that people with mobility issues may also struggle.

Neighbourhood information

Safe friendly neighbourhood with children's park out the front. Many eateries from all different parts of the world close by. A healthy number of traditional pubs only 5 minutes from your door! A 10 minute walk and you're in Norwich city centre. There are also electric scooters you can hire to get around more quickly. Norwich is a walking city so you can always get around easily!
