Our spectacular apartment is set in historic Brooklands Farm with direct access to the river path and the east Hamble foreshore. The property has outstanding views over the river and a warm, homely and comfortable ambience. It's a real home-away-from-home! It's a great base to explore the area - you can easily walk to the nearby marinas, pubs and restaurants. Holly Hill nature reserve and the ferry to Hamble village is also close by.

I am interested in meeting new people. Walking with my dog, sailing, cycling, gardening, art, galleries, screen printing, pottery. Passionate about the area I live in passing on knowledge and information and making sure out guests enjoy their stay and are comfortable.

Set in the grounds of historic Brooklands Farm situated on the banks of the Hamble river. The River footpath is accessible through a gate at the property. You can walk easily to various pubs and eateries. The pink ferry across to Hamble river and Holly Hill park is within easy reach. Brooklands Farm is easily accessed from the M 27 and you can also drive to the New Forest for the day or Chichester and the Wittering's. Hampshire has lots of places of interest, Portsmouth, the vibrant Southsea sea front, Maritime history in Southampton and Winchester all offer places of historical interest, shopping and great dinning experiences easily reached by car .The New Forest and the south downs park offer outstanding natural beauty with great walks and lovely old English Pubs in the Meon Valley. Day trips to the Isle Of wight are also possible and the famous Beulieu Motor museum are a great day out.
