This is a new luxury 2 bed river apartment over looking the city river and new shopping centre friars walk. Easy commute to all transport links, 5-10 mins walk to the railway stations for easy commute to either cardiff, bristol or even London. Beautiful sun facing balcony all day, Spacious living , good sized double bedroom, freeview tv and BT broadband internet. Numerous car parks available opposite plus available option to park in neighbouring street for free based in first come first serve.

Space Modern spacious south facing river facing apartment in the centre of the city , adjacent new Friars walk shopping centre and within mins excellent communication links via bus,rail and road to other major neighbouring cities. Guest access Access to communal gardens, easy access to footbridge or main bridge to city centre. Guest interaction Please do not hesitate to contact me via email , message , Airbnb and telephone. Neighbourhood overview City centre living along the river and adjacent a new growing vibe amongst the city. Getting around All many city and transport facilities are all available by very close proximity to the apartment. Other things to note Numerous national restaurants available opposite river in new friar walks eating plaza. Excellent cocktail and tapas bar 'the pod' adjacent the Bramante complex is only footsteps away
