The house is a mid terrace and we have resident neighbours on both sides so we ask that the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am be respected and that the cinema lounge be vacated by 11pm. The neighbours live in the top floor of their house and being a Victorian build - the walls are not particularly sound proof.

Set in the heart of the town of Tywyn and in the centre of Cardigan Bay, this fabulous Victorian terrace is in the best position to head straight down to the beach ⛱️🩴/ pop out to the shops 🛍️ / visit one of the excellent restaurants 🍴 / take an evening wander to watch the setting sun 🌅/ hop on the mainline train to Barmouth 🍭 or the UNESCO Talyllyn steam railway 🚂 all from the front door🚪
