This converted Cotswold stone barn is at the end of a quarter mile hard-surface drive. Positioned on a hillside above Broadway in the extensive grounds of a 16th century gamekeeper’s cottage it commands breath-taking views across the valley.

Just up the road from Batsford Arboretum is the Cotswold Falconry Centre, where you’ll find over 130 birds of 60 different species.
