Relax and unwind at this bright modern bungalow. Whether you're here for leisure or business we are delighted to welcome you. There is free onsite parking and the property benefits from free Wi-Fi and a smart TV which has Netflix & Sky Entertainment. The property is a semi detached bungalow in a residential area of Morecambe. With the benefit of being a 2 minute walk from a local convenience shop and Morecambe Cricket Club if you wish to call in for a drink in the evening. It is less than 1 mile to Morecambe Football Club if you are visiting for an event or to watch the football. Outside the front of the property it has a handrail and ramp for easy access if required . Once inside there is one step to access the hallway. The front room has 2 leather sofas and smart tv. There is a folding dinning table and four chairs if you wish to dine in this room. The bathroom is modern and bright with bath and shower. The main bedroom has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has a small double bed and wardrobe. The kitchen is fitted with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. This leads to the rear patio area with table and chairs. The attic room (accessed via stairs) has an extra area if required to work or relax it has a sofa and desk.
I have lived my whole life in Morecambe and can’t imagine living anywhere else. As I am local I am on hand if required.
We are located in a quiet residential area. With the benefit of being a 5 minute drive to Morecambe Promenade which gives you access to the beach and the opportunity to appreciate the lovely views across the bay. The evening sunsets can be breath-taking. Whilst at Morecambe you can visit the Eric Morecambe statue, Winter Gardens, Happy Mount Park or Super Bowl. All can be found on the Promenade . In just 15 minutes by car you can visit the historic City of Lancaster. If you enjoy walking you can visit Heysham village. Morecambe, Lancaster & Heysham hosts many events throughout the year such as the Highest Point / Vintage /Kite / Light & Viking festival to name but a few. We are also conveniently located if you are visiting the Isle of Man and it is a 10 minute drive to the ferry.
