Located on a working farm, Burn Bungalow, Longtown is in a peaceful corner of the Cumbrian countryside. Located only 5 miles from the M6/M74 and 1 mile from the A7 the bungalow is ideally located for exploring Cumbria, including the Lake District and Scottish Borders. Recently refurbished it provides a spacious, modern, home from home accommodation perfectly based for a stop over when travelling north or south or for those looking for somewhere to stay away from it all and relax surrounded by rolling countryside. The enclosed garden is perfect for lazy summer days and BBQs. The owners can provide a self service continental breakfast during your stay with locally sourced produce including cereals, croissants, bread, orange juice, milk, coffee machine (coffee included) and eggs (supplement payable). The bungalow is kept warm and cosy with the oil fired central heating. Natural light floods the lounge through the large windows with views over the countryside, comfy sofas are positioned around the Smart TV, spend time catching up on the latest Netflix release. The dining/kitchen has everything needed to rustle up a family feast with electric oven and hob, air fryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. A separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Enjoy meals at the dining table or linger over your morning coffee whilst you plan the day ahead. As evening draws in there are 2 bedrooms promising a comfortable nights sleep, the master double bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. There is a twin and single bedroom with an adjacent shower room. All oil, electric, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair available. Ample private parking (please note due to its rural location, a car is essential). Enclosed garden with seating and BBQ.
