Property information
If your idea of heaven is a stay in a whitewashed cottage in a tiny village with not much there other than a beach, a lighthouse and a 12th Century church, then read on....
Neighbourhood information
Rumour has it that there are Anglesey locals who don't know about the existence of Llaneilian village! Its one of the most northerly villages in Wales and not really on the way to anywhere. We think thats part of its charm. It consists of a scattering of cottages on the lane down to Porth Llaneilian which is a lovely little cove sheltered by Point Lynas and its famous lighthouse on the east side. Point Lynas is often the best place place around to spot dolphins and porpoises. The beautiful C14th church feels way out of scale for such a modest place but only adds to the sense of a place where time has stood still.
The beach is about a mile down the lane. Cemaes Bay and Moelfre are around 15 minutes drive away in opposite directions. Both are quaint seaside villages on their own right but a bit busier and have pubs, restaurants, beaches galleries and ice cream parlours.
