Bedroom: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Both properties: Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Washing by arrangement. Lawned garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Balcony. Hot tub. Massage centre on-site (at cost). Private parking for 2 cars. Bike store. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the owners’ grounds, 5 yards away.. Shared hot tub. Boasting their own private balconies overlooking farmland and with shared use of a hot tub, these two adjoining converted oak barns (refs 29409 and 29410) in the owners’ grounds make an ideal holiday base for exploring the Kent countryside. There is even an on-site massage centre which guests can pay for on arrival. Known as ‘The Garden of England’ with its miles of woodlands and fields, including gardens large and small, visit Sissinghurst and Goodnestone Park, where Jane Austen penned parts of ‘Pride and Prejudice’. Approximately 8 miles from Canterbury, where the cathedral dates back to the 11th century, enjoy a concert, or take a river tour.
