I'm Rebecca and I've lived in Canterbury for 13 years - I love it and can't imagine living anywhere else. Both the Rain Tree Holiday Lets properties were created as a home from home for the discerning and conscientious traveller. ***PLEASE NOTE: the second bedroom is small and has only 1 bedside table with the bed against the wall. This room is therefore not suitable for people with mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Amazing central location! Everywhere is walkable:
- 8 mins walk to Canterbury Cathedral
- 5 mins walk to the Marlowe Theatre or Westgate Gardens
- 4 mins walk to Canterbury West Train Station
DINING (all 5 mins walk)
 - Cafe des Amis (Mexican). One of the best restaurants in Canterbury and child-friendly too! Advance 
    booking is a must. 
 - Chapman's Seafood Restaurant on St Dunstan's St. Reliable and established, this is a "proper" 
    restaurant, highly recommended for seafood lovers. 
 - The Ancient Raj (Northern Indian). Hands down the best in town. Takeaway or have a pampered 
    dine-in experience in the beautiful Tudor interior.
 - Wild Goose at the Goods Shed. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, hot chocolate, cocktails and everything in 
    between. The setting is informal but the food will transport you to a better place. 3 mins walk.
 - The Refectory Kitchen. Enjoy a friendly & freshly cooked breakfast, brunch or lunch with the log 
    burner adding to the cozy.
 - No. 35 Canterbury for breakfast or lunch within Canterbury town centre. (7 mins walk)
PARKING
The property has dedicated parking for 1 car on the driveway. If additional parking is required, Miller’s Field public car park is just across the road (2.70 per hour and 2.50 between 9pm and 7:30am, max. charge of 20/day). Station Road West Multistorey Car Park also has parking (1.90 per hour and 2.00 between 9pm and 7:30am, max. charge of 15/day).
