    Very nice bedroom on the top floor of a town house. Andy and Patti are lovely hosts and if you don't mind having hosts on site it is perfect. It is a 20 minute walk into Canterbury if you don't have a car.

Modern quiet private house. Please note this is homestay run and occupied by the owner / occupier. This property is not suitable for wheelchair users or people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Private exclusive lockable room at the top of the house ( 2nd Floor ) with nice views and en suite bathroom and toilet. Free Dual band Fibre Optic High speed Wifi. Please note this property is not in the Town Centre. However it is in a FREE PARKING area unlike the town centre which is pay to park. Plus it is an easy 20 minute walk to Canterbury town centre. Twenty minutes by car to Dover Ferry Terminal or Channel Tunnel. Use of the kitchen and garden is available on request. Easy free parking out side the property. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Coffee, Tea or Juice are complimentary. Tea, Coffee ( De Caf also ) and Water available in the room. Please remove outdoor shoes before going up to your room for hygienic reasons and to keep the carpets clean. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property or in the garden. My THAI wife can also offer Beauty Treatments including Massage, Facials, Foot Spa, Reflexology. Please enquire from the Hosts regarding in house Spa services and costs which are paid direct between customer and host. Thank you for your understanding. I am a retired Lighting Designer and my Thai wife is a beauty therapist and part time waitress in our local Thai restaurant. We are a friendly couple and accommodating hosts who offer a supportive approach to all our guests. It is important to us that you are comfortable in our home and we would be happy to give any advice we can during your stay. This property is not suitable for wheelchair users or people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Equally we will offer any guest peace and quiet, and the privacy they desire. Please ask if there is anything extra that you might require and we will do our best to help you.
Our house is on a quiet development and a short, easy 20 minute walk to the historic town of Canterbury. Shops, supermarkets, cafes are all very close. Drive to Dover Ferry Terminal or the Channel Tunnel in 20 minutes. There is a park adjacent to our property and public footpaths with long local countryside walks . The room also has an exercise bicycle, Smart TV, and Radio . The room is your private space with en suite shower and toilet. Quiet and comfortable.
