Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom holiday home at Skipsea Sands, accommodating up to 8 guests, near to a sea view and close to the facilities. Inside you'll find: - Comfortable living area with Smart TV - a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, fully equipped - three bedrooms: one double and four single beds, - an additional double sofa bed if required- two bathrooms - Free WiFi -   Terrace with outdoor seating - Infant friendly - travel cot and highchair available on request - Free Parking - Central heating and double glazing. On-site facilities - arcades - kids play areas - bar - restaurant - For swimming and entertainment; book and purchase your passes from reception on arrival. The Park facilities are open March→2 November 2025. There are no facilities open outside these months including the shop, although the caravan is available throughout November. Self-catering: Guests will need to bring their own bedding, towels & toiletries, bedding can be supplied at a small cost. 5 for a single bed, 10 for a double. **Every effort is made to keep the decking area clean of seagull  droppings, please ensure this is cleaned if becomes soiled while you are in the caravan for your health and safety.
