Carlton Lodge is located in fabulous Broadstairs, somewhere between a village and a town by the sea, with 7 blue flag beautiful beaches, ice cream galore and lots for the children to do. This stunning two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor apartment with views out to the sea and the park where the band stand proudly sits and hosts many of the town's fun events can be yours. This property is located in a great place for you on your holiday. It has been furnished to make sure you feel like you are comfortable and has all the facilities you would expect in your own home. There is a lift for those with luggage and those of you that may find the stairs a little difficult. Though not fully accessible in terms of wheelchairs (there are three small steps internally within the apartment). We have a designated off-street parking space. Please kindly note: The charging of e-scooters and electric bikes in the apartments or communal areas is strictly prohibited. This is an insurance stipulation and any guests found to be charging these items will be asked to leave and their holiday cancelled with no refund applicable.

Broadstairs has so much to offer with its spectacular coastline and plenty of sandy beaches. The most central beach, Viking Bay offers children’s rides, beach huts and deck chairs for rental as well as plenty places to grab an ice cream or fish and chips. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants and places to grab a drink – from coffee to cocktails. The high street offers some cool independent shops as well as some well-known staples for all of your essentials including a butchers, fish monger, greengrocer and small supermarkets.
