Property information

Beautiful ground floor, two bed apartment located in central Broughty Ferry. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Excellent transport links with the bus stop and train station on the doorstep. Private off street parking for 1 vehicle and garden area Gas central heating, all mod cons. Comfortable, extra large super king beds. Fast wifi and Smart TV. Period property with lots of original character.

Located in the heart of the picturesque seaside town of Broughty Ferry. The apartment is close to all shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and is served by a local train station and several bus routes.

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival.
