A modern first floor one bedroom apartment is located in a private residential block. There is plenty of private parking available and the apartment has been recently upgraded with new furniture. The apartment has a fully functional kitchen, with everything you would expect in your own home. The lounge has a large wide screen LCD TV and a dining area for four people. We provide a complementary welcome pack (milk, bread, water , tea, coffee, butter, jam, cereal, biscuits etc - see images) and a refreshment for all our guests - normally a whisky or a G&T.
My wife and I presently have a small portfolio of Long Term Let properties, Castle Gait is the first property we are renting on a short-term let. We are extremely proud of the high quality of all our homes which is reflected in the positive feedback we receive on a regular basis from our clients. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.
The apartment is located just off Neilston Road in Paisley Renfrewshire in a quiet, private residential block. It's only 150m from Paisley Canal Street train station and a ten minute walk from Gilmour Street train station and the town centre. The University of the West of Scotland Paisley Campus is only 300m away. A variety of shops, ATM's, pubs, restaurants are all with 100m. Glasgow Int Airport is approx. 3 km away and the Royal Alexandra Hospital is a 15 min walk or 2-3 mins by car. Braehead and Silverburn shopping centres are ten minutes by car. Glasgow city centre is 15 minutes by car or approx 20 minutes by train from Canal Station.
