Hello! We have occupied 1 Pump Street since 2017 when we relocated Joe Jackson's to the ground floor, our family-run parlour offering homemade Irish ice cream, crepes, coffees, and desserts. We love to travel and have stayed in a variety of places around the world, meeting some incredible people and staying in a mixed bag of accommodation – so we know what we like!
We also love to host and so in 2023 we embarked on a full renovation of our historic site to provide three beautiful self-catering apartments for visitors to our city. We're often downstairs in the parlour, and we're always available on the phone, so if you want to say hi or would like any tips for touring the city and surrounds, we would be delighted to hear from our guests.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Located in the centre of Derry-Londonderry’s iconic city walls, our three self-catering apartments are centrally located, thoughtfully designed, and comfortably furnished.
Derry is a small, walkable city and Cathedral Quarter Apartments are on the doorstep of all the attractions, including Ireland’s only fully-intact walled city, filming locations from the Derry Girls TV show, galleries, museums, restaurants, pubs, bars, live music and theatre, as well as the city's festival highlights, including Derry Halloween Festival, City of Derry Jazz Festival, Celtronic, Carnival of Colours, the Foyle Cup and more.
Each floor of our carefully renovated building on the corner of Derry’s historic Pump Street has been converted into a charming one-bedroom, self-catering apartment sleeping up to four guests.
Named after streets in the Cathedral Quarter, The Ferryquay Suite, The London Room and The Bishop’s Snug, each combine calming colours and luxurious design with all the practical provisions you’ll need for the perfect stay in our vibrant city.
