This contemporary penthouse apartment is located right in the city centre in the luxurious Saint Anne's Square. With a secure, private parking space, it sits close to motorways and main arterial routes, as well as being within easy walking distance of the main public transport stations and the central business district. The apartment has two bedrooms, with the master bedroom equipped with an en-suite shower room. The open plan living space has a kitchen-dining area which is equipped with cooking essentials as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a stylish lounge area, which overlooks the fabulous Saint Anne's Square from the balcony. The property is furnished with a 40 inch Smart TV where you can access your usual streaming services through the free 5G WiFi provided. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a workspace for our corporate guests, and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and a view over the city.
