We present our 3 bed, 2 bath, spacious house in a great, quiet and short walking distance to the City Centre place with driveway for 1 car, free WI FI and TV. Walking distance between 5 and 20 min to the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, Motorpoint Arena, Victoria center, tourist attractions, NHS emergency center, Nottingham Train Station, Broadmarsh Bus Station and many other locations. Whenever you are on a business trip or holiday, you are very welcome in our stylish and inviting house.
We do our best to keep clean, tidy, in a very good condition and safety our property for every guests. We do keep a good relationship with our neighbors. So please... No parties or events are allowed. No extra guests. Registered guests only. Friends are allowed over but not overnight. No loud music after 11pm. No pets/animals are allowed. No smoking inside the house. Do not switch off the internet. No charging any electric vehicles. Shoes - please leave in the hall. Please no hair dye and no strong hair products leaving stains on white towels! Towels are the biggest thing..maybe bring your own if you want to take make-up off etc with a towel! Sorry! Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors at all times. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If you damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Check out before 10AM If any of the rules are not followed you will be charge any amount of your security deposit. Enjoy yourself!
