Chapter Old Street is a modern student living space just a short walk from Hoxton, Liverpool Street, Moorgate, and Shoreditch High Street stations. Featuring a large outdoor area, multiple study spaces, a gym and a games area, this building is the ideal location. The ground floor has been recently renovated with a brand new reception area, meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. Disclaimers: - To avoid any confusion, we kindly ask that all guests read the information below carefully before confirming your booking. (We promise this will help you prepare for your stay and answer most of your questions!) Thank you! - For bookings with checkin from Jan 1st - July 1st and Sept 1st - Dec 31st: We can only accept students. After completing your booking, you’ll be required to submit your Student ID, Letter of Enrollment, and/or Acceptance Letter and provide some basic information for verification on our guest portal. Failure to submit a student ID can result in cancellation as per our cancellation policy. For bookings with checkin between July 1st - August 31st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes. - Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are welcome only during the summer period (July 1st – August 31st). If you’re unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please reach out to confirm availability before reserving. - We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions.
