Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.
We can be as interactive as you like or leave you entirely to relax. And if there is anything you need we are only across the driveway.
Laneham is a quiet rural village - not much traffic and plenty of green space for walks. We've got a pub and brewery within 3 minutes walk, the river Trent and another good pub within 15 minutes walk, and lots of other nice things to drive to such as Sundown Adverture Land, Rufford Park, Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest and the lovely city of Lincoln. Not much public transport - a local bus service comes by a couple of times a day... Nearest train station is Retford and a 20 mintue taxi from there, or you can get to Newark or Lincoln pretty easily. If you are driving you can park on the street out the front and there is always room on the drive in case. For cyclists we can show you secure covered space to lock your bikes up.
