This beautiful, contemporary new build house has a large feel with an open layout, perfect for relaxing and visiting friends. The house is perfectly laid out with all the amenities that you would require. Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the property to make for a quiet and peaceful nights sleep. It is a real home from home. The location is ideal for trips in Durham. The location is very accessible for main roads to visit the coast, Newcastle upon Tyne and Durham city.
We are always led by the past. We work with a professional host call Phil he will reach out to you during your stay and send his mobile number with all of the check-in instructions. If you need anything from him feel free to call him and Phil or the cleaning team should be able to assist you.
