The 3 bedroom house is new to the market, is spacious and bright and has been finished to a high standard. The ground floor consists of a hall wall leading into an open plan lounge, dining area, sun room, kitchen and outdoor courtyard / terrace / sun deck. The rooms can be closed off if needed. The house offers all the mod cons you might need, including Wifi, 42" smart TV, lounge with gas fire, games, outside BBQ, outside lounge & dining furniture, indoor Kitchen with all the latest tech and gadgets, fabulous bathroom with shower and large bath tub
This house reflects everything we love about the area and its so close to the beach. Whether its hiking and dog walking on the south West Coast path or the beach, swimming, enjoying sunrises and sunsets, everything is a short stroll away. We love sharing that feeling with our guests
a stones throw from Charmouth Beach and wonderful walking on the South West Coast Path. The location is ideal for exploring Charmouth and the stunning Jurassic Coast. The village has a newsagent, bakery, convenience store, pharmacy and two pubs, as well as the beach cafe. With parking on site, everything is available by foot. We are surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty for hiking, wild swimming, strolls to the beach or simply enjoying a wonderful cream tea
