The home is 10mins walk/2 mins drive to Doncaster Town Centre & train station, 6 mins drive to the famous Doncaster horse race course. The home comprises an entrance hall with cloakroom, downstairs WC, spacious family lounge with TV & fireplace, fully fitted open plan kitchen/dining room with access to backyard patio, family bathroom, 2 spacious double bedrooms & 1 single bedroom. On road parking plus off road parking at a designated car park just a minute walk from the front door. Please note there is a refundable security deposit required before check-in, this is payable back on the day of checkout.
