Individually styled with retro chic elegance, modern convenience and a nod to our love of music and musicians. We promise a relaxed, warm and inviting time with cracking sea views and outside space. Our position is second to none; we are close to all that Falmouth offers – beaches, boutiques, galleries, coastal walks and maritime history. Chelsea House Apartments are owned by us, Sharon and Nigel. We've been living here for 10 years, and until last September 2024, Chelsea House was a top-notch bed and breakfast; we were number 1 in Falmouth and Cornwall, and we were super proud of our achievements! Next on the bucket list, time for change, we carried out an extensive refurbishment, changing our nine rooms into four fantastic apartments. We love our music and stylish design, and they are now ready for you to enjoy and love. We look forward to seeing you soon at Chelsea House.

Each apartment offers something different; we’re sure you’ll find the one that becomes your trusty favourite, ticking the boxes over and over again. Throughout all our apartments, there is light, space, a nod (or two) to our love of music, and aspects that make you smile. Whether you’re after a bijou space, room for family, friends, and pooch, big sea views, or just a hint, there is going to be one to suit. Each apartment has a sleek modern kitchen, fully equipped and with all the essentials you need to get your holiday off to the best possible start. Expect stylish, comfy seating, sleek dining areas, a good dose of retro-chic, mid-century furniture, hand-chosen artwork and comfort guaranteed. Enjoy private balconies, terraces and alfresco dining in your apartment, soak up the sun on a lounger or chill in the shade of our lovely palm tree in our communal garden. The garden is a space for guests to sit and unwind, with tables and chairs tuck into something tasty or enjoy a drink before going out for the evening. The Reading Room within the garden is a shared quiet space, furnished with a settee, table and chairs, books and games. Parking is on the road we are located on, Emslie Road. There are no yellow lines, parking meters, designated spaces or time restrictions. Anything you want, you’ve got it.

Neighbourhood information

Chelsea House Apartments are located in the vibrant town of Falmouth, Cornwall. They are only a few minutes from the local beaches and a short walk from shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs. As you step outside, stroll through the sub-tropical gardens at Princess Pavilion and meander down to Gyllyngvase Beach and Gylly Beach Cafe, ideal for a spot of lunch, a refreshment in the afternoon or a delicious meal later in the evening. Pick up the South West Coast Path and enjoy the coastal view.
