For your vehicle, there is off road parking on the drive, in addition to a secure bicycle lock up if you have a bike. Situated in a leafy open close, it's five minutes walk to the supermarket, takeaways, chemist and surgery. A short walk or by bus and you're into Cheltenham with its renowned Regency architecture, tree lined avenues and relaxing parks. It's also close to the hospital. Just a short drive and you're into the stunning Cotswold countryside with its picturesque villages and Cotswold Way. With it's own private access with use of patio, table and chairs, the apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers alike.

Charlton Kings, with it's sense of community, ancient trees and nooks and crannies of roads and lanes, still retains its village like atmosphere. The close itself with its sprawling open front gardens, nestles on the edge of Battledown Hill with a view of Leckhapmton Hill opposite. The apartment itself is situated opposite the central cul de sac, with a broad vista of the close and the abundant fir and oak trees of  St Edwards playing fields.  All this adds to creating a sense of serenity and spaciousness..
