Rachael adores interiors, she also loves unique, quirky, inspirational places and she noticed there was a real lack of beautiful, romantic places to stay that really did offer everything a couple wanting to escape from it all might want so she decided to create it herself. Super comfy, beds on mezzanine floors clad in crisp white cotton sheets, large roll top baths, real fires, private indoor and outdoor dining areas, super fast wifi, surround sound entertainment systems, Nespresso coffee machines, candle lit champagne arrivals, personalised VIP treats such as on site spa treatments and so much more!

Looking for somewhere completely different? You’ve found the right place. Each of our 5* boutique barns are completely unique, even from one another (so our guests have a hard time deciding which is their favourite) but all offer the same thing, inspirational, luxurious, breathtaking, totally original spaces in which to switch off, relax and enjoy being together. Real fires, quirky yet luxurious interiors, fully equipped kitchens, Nespresso coffee machines, surround sound entertainment systems and romantic mezzanine bedrooms with the comfiest White Company’ clad beds that you’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. All located in Cheshire’s most beautiful, rolling countryside with miles and miles of National Trust walks nearby and situated between two superb gastro pubs, (one of which is currently The Good Pub Guides ‘Gin Pub of The Year’!) Truly Cheshire’s most romantic retreats!

Neighbourhood information

Tucked away in some of Cheshires most peaceful and beautiful rolling countryside, the barns are surprisingly accessible. Less than an hour from Liverpool and Manchester and just over 30 minutes to the Roman walled city of Chester and shrewsbury, they are also just a 5 to ten minute drive from the very pretty market towns of Tarporley, Nantwich and Whitchurch. The Barns are located between two of Cheshire best gastro pubs, one of which has over 500 gins to choose from! The Three Wrens Gin Distillery with all its opportunities to make and taste your own gins is also in the next village!
