Property information

With 4 large bedrooms and a central location in the coastal town of Lee on the Solent, this house is perfect for the whole family to have fun together at this stylish place. With ground-floor stairgates, you can bring along the family pet too for great walks and holiday homes. The beach promenade is only a 10-minute walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. Alternatively, it is a great location for working in and around the Gosport/Fareham peninsula. Trade is very welcome.

Neighbourhood information

This property was the home where Donna raised her children as a single, hard-working parent before meeting David. It was rented out to one of our dog boarding franchises for a decade before being handed back on May 2025, where it has been converted to serviced accommodation. With a wonderful junior school nearby, walking distance to the beach and a quiet road with friendly neighbours it is an ideal family location. Donna's house is dog-friendly, but we do ask you to use the stair-gates to restrict mucky pets from the newly carpeted upstairs.
