Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne.
Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.

Set moments from the beach on an adjacent street, Coastal Hideaway is ideal for those looking for a peaceful seaside getaway.
This bungalow is all on one level and has off road parking for two cars - making it ideal for those with mobility restrictions.
With three bedrooms, sleeping up to six, this is a flexible holiday retreat. The master bedroom can be kingsize or with twin beds. The second bedroom is a double and the third a twin.
A private, enclosed rear garden provides a sun trap for relaxation and is a bonus if you want to bring your furry family member (please discuss dog before booking).
The bungalow has a spacious dining lounge set at the rear, overlooking the garden. The lounge includes two recliner leather sofas and the dining table can extend to seat six. A conservatory provides a peaceful oasis to snuggle up with a book.
Outside the garden includes a patio area with outdoor dining set and bench, and loungers can be put out in the warmer weather.
The separate kitchen is well equipped, with an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, combi microwave, smoothie maker and washing machine.
There is a bath and shower in the bathroom. WiFi, towels and linen included.

Pevensey Bay beach is literally down the street - a hop, skip and jump and you're there. The village has some great restaurants, pubs and cafes and the wider attractions of Eastbourne are only five miles away.
It's a great spot for a family seaside holiday and there are many lovely places to visit within a short drive. Bodiam Castle, near Battle is a stunning moated castle. Pevensey has its own castle ruins worth a wander around and there are lots of historical houses and gardens within reach.
Walkers will love to stroll on the beach or hit the South Downs for more serious hiking. Children will love Knockhatch Adventure Park, Drusillas Zoo and the many activity farms close by.
