Property information
This stunning townhouse in Marazion really is one of a kind, with it's beautiful open, spacious and light living area that boasts views of St Michaels Mount.
You can enter the property from the front entrance or the back which is often the usual way in as this is where you will park on arrival, if travelling by car.
The property has a large living area and spacious dining room - perfect for entertaining and large families. On the back of the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, dishwasher and behind the kitchen is a fantastic pantry with stocked with more equipment should you need it.
If you follow further to the back kitchen, you have yes another large kitchen space and utility room, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and places to hang laundry!
The doors in the kitchen areas all lead out onto a patio and the steps leading up to the main back garden and parking area. Here you can enjoy evenings in the garden seating area or make use of the Summer house.
In between the dining room and living area is a small library and also an extra storage cupboard, opposite. There is also a large hall way where you can hang coats and keep shoes which is just off of the living area and staircase.

Neighbourhood information
As for things to do, you can explore the small town of Marazion - we can recommend the Godolphin for a great meal and Sunday Roast, which is just across the road. There is also a pharmacy just a few doors down from the property should you need anything of this nature - it's very handy!
There are various little boutique shops and cafes and of course you are just a stones throw from St Michaels Mount which you can actually walk to at certain times of the day when the tide is out. Otherwise, you can take a boat across to visit the castle.
You can rent Kayaks and water sports equipment form Ocean High, Cornwall just along the beach.
We'd also suggest a visit to Landsend, Penzance, and St Ives. Our favourites are two lovely harbour towns called Mousehole and Padstow. Mousehole has a lovely seafood restaurant called 2 Fore Street which we really enjoyed.
There is certainly a lot to explore in the area and some lovely seafront walks to be had. The house is also just a 5-10 minute car journey to some of the nearby supermarkets, such as Morrisons, Sainsburys etc, should you need supplies.
Private parking - suitable for up to 3 cars, but not suitable for large/long vehicles due ot narrow road entrances.
To access the property at the back entrance where the gated parking area is, you should take Beacon Road straight up from the main road - West End.
It is advised not to try and access via North Street as the road is an extremely tight and has a very narrow left turn, so the other way is highly advised.
At the top of Beacon Road, turn right, onto Back Lane and go up the Hill and it is your second entrance on the right; again, please be aware it is a narrow road and tight turning into the gates, so drive with caution.
Alternatively there is also a long stay car park called Folleyfield just a couple of minutes walk from the property which is 12 pounds per day, should you need any extra parking.
We hope you enjoy our beautiful home!
