Comfortable two bedroom house (one King size bed & one double) In the historic city of Exeter. Handily located within walking distance of St Davids station & the University of Exeter.
Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV with Netflix & two work areas. There is a peaceful patio which gets the sun all day & is perfect to relax with a drink & something to read.
One dedicated parking place & plenty of additional free parking.
Quiet, peaceful, adorable neighbourhood, very well connected to the city centre and 5 minutes walk to the Ex River.
