I’m a business man and family man, I travel for training and courses regularly and love to spend time with my family also. I’m an Air BnB host myself so take great pride in looking after other people’s properties and giving valuable feedback. I am always available for guests via telephone or email if you need be, but I allow you to enjoy the flat and it’s facilities at your own leisure and give you complete space to enjoy it all!

Property information

Our Flat is fantastically positioned; literally a 1 minute walk to the beach! The Living space is south facing so a beautiful view of the sea from the bay fronted window. On the first floor is the living room, kitchen and main Bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, a study / dressing room, shower room and separate WC

If you’re arriving by train, Lowestoft Train Station is only 0.7 miles away, so a 3 minute drive if you need to get a taxi from the station to the flat. If you’re arriving by car, there are plenty of places to park along the B1532 (Wellington Esplanade) located only a 1-2 minute walk away from the flat!
