This Newly renovated property has a relaxing lounge area with sofa and Smart TV. Dining seating area to accommodate 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes integral appliances; washer/dryer machine, microwave with under floor heating. Super fast fibre Wifi installed throughout the property The master bedroom is spacious with a double bed, side tables, wardrobe for somewhere to hang your clothes & Smart TV. The second Bedroom is also a spacious room with a double bed, side table, wardrobes, drawers & Smart TV. The third bedroom is also spacious with a double bed, side tables and closed wardrobe area with dressing table and mirror. This bedroom also has a Smart TV. The main bathroom is equipped with a modern bath and walk in shower, WC, Wash basin and tall modern radiator. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a modern walk in shower, WC, Wash basin and modern radiator. Close to town centre shops (ASDA, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl), pubs & restaurants. 5 minute drive to local Northumberland beach, with the famous Coastline Fish & Chip Shop. Close access to Blyth Port & Industrial works Guests have exclusive access to all of the property.
