The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the living room is bright and spacious with comfortable seating. With easy access to nearby attractions, this is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring. Your apartment comes with two parking spaces which are signed with small silver badges on the curb. A nightly charge applies to each parking space. Make sure to only park in the assigned space to avoid any penalties. Find them diagonally opposite the apartment. Please only park in the assigned spaces to avoid any complications.

-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.

-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.

-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.
