Guests would have exclusive use of the whole top floor of my Georgian home, where I also live, in the historic Stoke Village area of Plymouth. It contains private sitting room for the guests which includes an area for simple food preparation. This comprises of a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery, glasses, cutlery, etc., but no cooker as such. Tea, coffee and a selection of breakfast cereals, are provided. There is a comfortable double bedroom with a private bathroom. A fold-out sofa bed in the sitting room could also accommodate 2 children or an adult.

This Property has been the family home for many years but now the children have flown the nest there is space to spare! The accommodation is hosted by myself, Luis, and I look forward to welcoming you to Plymouth.

The property is on an attractive quiet tree-lined street with unrestricted parking, close to all the area’s amenities and attractions. Stoke Village contains a large convenience store, a good restaurant, several pubs and takeaways, and 2 very nice parks with excellent views of Plymouth Sound and Dartmoor. We are convenient for the City Centre, Railway Station, Ferry Terminal, Plymouth’s historic Barbican area, University, Football Ground and Naval Base. There are bus services to the City Centre and Railway Station and we’re only 10 minutes away from them by bus.
