Company information
⚫We are a family-run business with over 15 years’ expertise in property. Mark and I make a strong team, built on a 20-year partnership, fully aligned in our goals, values, morals, and business ethics. As our sons grow older, they are gradually becoming part of the family business—though we have plenty of photos of them grasping paintbrushes from a very young age!
⚫Mark is a contractor by trade and truly understands what makes good accommodation for fellow contractors. Having spent much of his career travelling around the country and staying in all kinds of places, he knows what matters most.
⚫We create our properties to a standard we would be happy to live in ourselves. Quality is at the heart of everything we do, and we always aim to add a personal touch wherever possible.
⚫We’ve completed extensive CPD-certified training and mentorship in serviced accommodation with the UK’s leading property training company. We’re also proud members of a respected accommodation group that lists 100 reputable providers.
⚫Our goal is for everyone to enjoy living, working, or exploring Leicester – a city we were both born in and continue to love deeply.
