Cotels are based in the heart of Milton Keynes and have been providing serviced apartments since 1997; so it’s no surprise that we’re quite good at it... The Team are located in the Cotels HQ 7Zero1 building where guests will find the Office/Reception, Secure 24 Hour Key Collection, The Zone and The Private Garden. At Cotels we go out of our way to get to know our guests in the aim of building trust with guests so they can stay in the confidence that they are at the centre of everything we do. However, we must admit that whilst we are very serious about delivering an excellent guest experience we are ‘terrible’ at doing cool corporate. At Cotels we are unashamedly authentic, hardworking and friendly: we want our guests to feel part of the Cotels family.

The apartments are light and airy; open-plan with high ceilings and large windows; contemporary furnishings and fully equipped kitchens. Some with balconies. All beds have Hypnos mattresses; hypoallergenic bedding, crisp cotton sheets and towels and all bathrooms have oversized walk-in showers. 7Zero1 is also the home of Cotels’ HQ; the Secure 24hr Key Collection; day-time reception and luggage store. Guests also have access to the Private Garden and The Zone; an informal meeting place with Wi-Fi.
