This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor pool with flume, a sauna and steam room, a mini gym, nature trail, tennis, crazy golf, multi sports court, an amusement arcade and more to keep the whole family entertained. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. The park has a restaurant and a café. There is an evening entertainment program as well as a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In addition you will find 4 fishing lakes, pedalos, kart hire and play parks. This is a luxury holiday home which includes, Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher. TV with DVD player in the lounge and TV's in 2 bedrooms. Music can be streamed using the built in Bluetooth speakers. Table and chairs inside for a cosy family meal. There are 3 bedrooms - one with a King bed and plenty of storage space. The 2nd room sleeps 3 people with bunk beds and a single bed - note the top bunk is not suitable for adults. The 3rd room has 2 single beds. There is a family shower room as well as a separate toilet and washbasin room. Outside there is a sofa and table as well as provate hot tub. Bedlinen for beds is provided as well as towels for inside, bring your own for the hot tub. We also provide: Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and cooking utensils. A small welcome refreshment pack so you can have a tea or coffee and biscuits when you arrive. A starter cleaning pack A loo roll for each toilet Hand soaps Small shower gels Salt, Pepper and Oil Discount vouchers for use in the local area. We allow up to 2 dogs, they are not allowed on the furniture or bedrooms and must be kept on a lead outside. There is a 30 fee per dog paid after booking.

South of Cirencester and north of Swindon the Cotswold Water Park covers just over 40 square miles. The whole area which is made up of 150 different lakes, a series of lovely old Cotswold villages, and the infant Thames is a haven for a wonderful array of wildlife and leisure activities. EV charging stations are available to use in the Hoburne main car park.
