Company information

We’re a family of five living in the property—my husband and I, along with our three young children aged 1, 5, and 8. Our living space is primarily on the first floor and the loft (second floor), where we spend most of our time playing, relaxing, and enjoying family life. This thoughtful arrangement helps keep noise levels to a minimum, ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in charming Welwyn Village, just 25 mins from London via nearby stations. Close to A1M. The room features a double bed, large wardrobe, and an attached living room with sofa and TV—ideal for friends, professionals, remote workers and contractors. A third room offers a workspace with monitor. Amenities include fast WiFi, laundry, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster & kettle. Large garden with covered patio and gas heating. Parking for 2 cars/vans. No full kitchen.
