We love welcoming people to our home and are passionate about making sure your stay is perfect from start to finish! We travel a lot ourselves and enjoy exploring, so we want to make your experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible. On a personal note, I do love plants and try include them in all the flats I host, but sometimes they need a little maintenance so feel free to water them as needed. We are a family that loves books and board games so you can also find those in all our homes. We have been living in this part of London for more than 20 years, and love to share recommendations for your trip. I have curated days out for guests and their families. We are committed for guests to have a comfortable stay, to feel at home, and want to come back for repeat visits, and of course to give us a great full marks review! This is why we given as much detail as possible about the flat in our descriptions and in our post booking communications. We are also very responsive, and happy to answer any questions ahead of or during your trip, so let us know how we can help and we will try our best to accommodate. This centrally-located home, on a quiet residential road, offers great transport links to the best attractions, shopping & universities; and is a 10 minute walk from the River Thames. Perfect for a young family, couple or extended business trip. This inviting cozy studio (19sqm) home is on the ground floor of a terraced house (meaning there are other flats in the building). Guests enjoy your own patio (10sqm) in comfortable chairs - perfect for sipping your morning coffee or dining outside. The property has a lockbox located on site, allowing for easy self-check in and check out. Inside, the space is equipped with a smart TV ready for your favourite streaming apps, a washer/dryer, small fridge freezer, Nespresso machine (pods included), microwave, kettle, toaster and a compact countertop oven for easy cooking in the kitchenette. The studio features a brand-new, cozy UK Queen-size bed with high end mattress that has a space to store your luggage out of the way during your trip. A small double sofa also converts into a bed (120cm) for a third guest—let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you. There is also a travel cot and high chair available for a small fee, please book it in advance. Recommended occupancy is for 3 guests, if you would like to have more guests, send us a message. Base rate is for 2 people occupancy, for each extra guest after that there is a charge of GBP30 a night. We do allow one service animal, and we use a professional cleaning company post any furry friend visit and that is why there is an additional charge so be sure to book them in when you reserve. We provide linen, towels, washing detergent, shower gel, cleaning products, basic cooking utensils, coffee, tea, snacks and some books & board games. We have a Brita filter for water.

Step out our front door and immerse yourself in one of London's most vibrant areas. Located in the heart of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, you'll be just steps away from the iconic Eventim Apollo and a short, easy walk to the Olympia London exhibition center. Whether you're in town for a world-class concert, a major trade show, or just to explore, you're perfectly situated to make the most of it. Hammersmith Broadway is a major transport hub for buses and trains, offering access to the District and Piccadilly lines as well as the Hammersmith & City line (note the latter is accessed from a separate entrance - follow the signs). The flat can be easily reached from London Heathrow airport by taking the Piccadilly line directly to Hammersmith station (40 mins door to door). From Gatwick airport you can take the Southern Line train to Victoria station and change to the District line taking you to Hammersmith tube station (62 mins door to door). We are a short 7-minute walk from the station. We are a 5-minute walk from Charing Cross hospital and other local amenities like pharmacies, supermarkets, dry cleaners, and local shops and restaurants. King Street has shops such as Primark, H&M, TKMaxx and IKEA for all your shopping needs (10 min walk). There is plenty of paid parking on the road from 9am to 5pm; its free after 5pm and on weekends. Parking can be paid via the Ringo App. There are also 2 car parks within 5-minutes walk: ParkBee Green Parking and St. Augustine Car Park Hammersmith. Do refer to their websites for updated prices, currently showing rates of up to 12 hours at GBP26. Pure Gym Hammersmith offers local day passes with 24-hour access for GBP14. We can also arrange a private PT session.
