Welcome to Craigmount Bed & Breakfast in Wigtown, the National Book Town of Scotland.
Craigmount is a former manse, dating back to the early 19th century, retaining many original features, whilst providing a comfortable, relaxing place to stay and explore the local area. Guests can stay in one of our 4 rooms, all of which are en-suite. Please see 'Our Rooms' for more details.
The cosy Guest lounge has comfy sofas, blankets for the chilly nights, lots of local interest information, books and boardgames and a TV. Glasses are provided for your choice of tipple, should you wish to stay in and unwind.
Breakfast is served in our Dining Room and offers a choice of delicious locally sourced produce from award winning butchers and farmers, and our own greenhouse and garden.
Secure, indoor bike-storage and drying facilities are also available at no extra charge.
