“This is a working stables. The room is a converted stable but it is comfy and has pretty good equipment including TV (DVD player), oven & hob, and a great shower. Best described as ‘rustic’ but it’s truly a great location with a fantastic owner.”

Crockers farm is a working livery yard . Our guests love being in this environment and if at all possible we facilitate them (especially the children) getting close to the horses.
We have 2 self contained apartments to rent. Both very comfortable for a couple, a cheerful squeeze for a couple & 2 kids & ditto for 2 couples though you will need to resolve who gets the double bed and who the sofabed. Both are self contained & converted to a comfortable but basic standard from stables "Hulio's House" is the more basic with only a shower as opposed to shower & bath. "Over the Way" is detached in the garden. "Hulio's House" a corner of our working stable yard. . "Hulio's House" is more private.
"Over the Way" (garden)
You enter & in front of you door to bathroom. To left small kitchen & dining area. Walk through to your left stable converted into double bedroom. To your right stable converted into sitting room with wood burner.
"Hulios House" (stable yard)
Enter into porch. Ahead door to kitchen to left dining area to right cooking area. Turn right ahead is shower & loo or turn right again for the sitting room with tv & wood burner. Through the sitting room to the double bedroom.
Just a regular working family. Jane goes out to work, Thom runs you lot + the horses and small holding + does a bit of business from home. Emma is at School and Antonia is at University.
We are the highest village in South East England and less that 30 miles from Marble Arch (You can see Wembley Arch from our yard). Everyone comments on how rural it feels here. You have direct off road access to Forestry Commission and National Trust Land. This is a lovely destination for walking and mountain / road biking. Plenty of pubs including the recently refurbished "Plough Inn" + village shop immediately opposite. It is best to book the pub for meals (including breakfast). Just google "Coldharbour, Surrey" or "the Surrey Hills
