Pathfields is a beautiful and spacious holiday retreat, ideally located just moments from Croyde’s world-famous surf beach and within walking distance of the village’s vibrant pubs, restaurants, surf shops, and beach boutiques. This stylish and pet-friendly 4-bedroom detached bungalow sleeps up to 8 guest.
Inside, the home features a bright and welcoming lounge with two leather sofas, a matching armchair and a cosy Scandinavian wood-burning stove. Entertainment options include a large LCD TV, Sky package, DVD player, home cinema system, iPod dock and WiFi. A light-filled garden room provides additional seating and opens onto the private garden via patio doors, offering a peaceful spot to relax with a book or morning coffee.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière and a full range of cookware and crockery. A large wooden dining table comfortably seats eight, with a high chair available on request. Off the kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine and wet-room style tiled floor is perfect for returning from the beach.
Pathfields offers 4 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 1, accessed from the dining area, features a double bed, built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and views of the garden. Bedroom 2 is a spacious double and front garden views. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an east-facing window for morning sun, and Bedroom 4 is a generous double with built-in storage and garden views.
The family bathroom includes a power shower over the bath. The en-suite offers a stylish suite, power shower, underfloor heating, and storage.
Outside, the fully enclosed private garden is perfect for outdoor dining, children’s play, or simply unwinding. It features lawned areas, trees, shrubs, a BBQ, seating for 8–9, and a drying whirlygig. Ample off-road parking is available for up to three vehicles.
