This apartment is located above a family-run country pub & restaurant located just 5 minutes off the main NC 500 route (A9). Our Inn features a beer garden with panoramic views over the Cromarty Firth. Our lunches & dinner are served in a cosy environment by friendly staff.

Property information

The property is a 2 bedroom appartment with a large open plan living room and kitchen. The appartment also has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen and living room are not seperated and is convient for those that want a casual, comfortable enevironment. The kitchen has an oven with a 4 ring hob, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a sink and a washing machine for guest use. The flat has a large corner sofa set in front of a large wall mounted TV for guests entertainement. The flat is heated by radiators which are set on timers for guests comfort. Please note that the flat is located above a busy restaurant and bar. The appartment will not suit those looking for absolute peace and quiet as during opening hours, there will be some noise from the business below. Also, the flat is not suitable for those that have issues with mobilitiy as the access to the flat is via a steep flight of stairs. Initial access to the flat is via a key lock box, which is located directly outside the appartment front door, so arrival can be at any time.

This apartment is located just 5 minutes drive off the A9 (the main NC500 route), 11 miles from Inverness. The properrty is set the middle of the quite village of Culbokie which has a play park and a Spar shop. It is also conviently located just 11 miles from Rosemarkie Beach and 14 miles to Cromarty.
