Dalton Crescent is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located just a 15 minute walk from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The spacious rooms inside make this property a perfect base for those visiting Durham.
Internally, the accommodation is spread over 3 floors. The property begins with an entrance hall leading the ground floor which includes a shower room, a TV room with a sofa bed (available with a rental cost) and a back door leading to the garden.
To the first floor is the kitchen, with a fridge/freezer plus an extra freezer, a washer/dryer and dishwasher with an open plan dining room. The first floor also includes a second toilet room. Finally, on the first floor is the lounge which includes a TV, a three seater sofa and two singular chairs.
The second floor includes the master bedroom with a king bed, walk in dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is also a double bedroom and third bedroom with twin beds and door way leading through to the family bathroom. The main bathroom includes a bath and an over the bath shower and can be accessed via the hallway or the third bedroom.
To the front of the property is a driveway which once car can park on. There is also on street parking for any additional cars.
