Your family will be close to everything you need when you stay at this park and river-side property near Keynsham High street. Dapps Hill Haven is a great location from which to explore Keynsham as well as Bristol and Bath as the train station is at the opposite end of the high street (about 12 mins walk). Inside the property you will find a completely redecorated cozy and comfortable home to relax and kick back in. You will enter the property via a private courtyard through a front door which immediately takes you up a flight of stairs to the first floor. Here you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, a bathroom and one of the three bedrooms. The colourful living room is designed for comfort with a 43 inch smart HDTV and high speed broadband providing access for you to log into to all your own subscriptions to the likes of Netflix and Prime. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a meal for up to 6 people, including a gas cooker and hob, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Enjoy your food around a generous dining table in its own dedicated dining room. This room can be used for puzzles and games night or as an office for remote working. The window provides a view over the River Chew and the ancient quaint bridge. The bedroom on the first floor can be set up as either 2 single beds or zip locked together to create a super king bed. This bedroom is directly across from the a bathroom with a bath and toilet. On the second floor are two further bedrooms and a shower room. The larger bedroom has a king size bed, luxury bedding a large wardrobe, dressing table and a view over the River Chew. Another bedroom on the second floor has 2 single beds. Between these two bedrooms on the landing is a shower room with a toilet which the guests in these two bedrooms would share.

Keynsham is only 9 minutes by train right into the centre of both Bath and Bristol. This saves acres of time driving in the city centres as well as parking hassle and fees. Ancient Bath has the Roman Baths, Abbey and Thermae Bath Spa rooftop pool. Historic Bristol is home to the Clifton Suspension Bridge, SS Great Britain as well as the world famous Balloon Festival and Harbour Festival Dapps Hill is right next to River Chew and a centuries old bridge and there is a park which you can see from the property. Scenic local walks in countryside towards ancient Chewton Keynsham and old villages beyond are very close by. A stone’s throw from the property is 17th-century “Ship Inn" with unusual stone mullioned windows at the front. At the back, a terraced garden on several levels, and two petanque courts, overlooking the riverside park. Good food is served. The more modern “New Inn” is 5 mins walk and has a hillside garden and live sport. Both pubs have local real ales. The local cricket club is 5 mins away and has a large terrace which is open to non-members. The centre of historic Keynsham is minutes away, with shops, wine bars and restaurants.
