Hi, I,m 52 and have always lived in Blackpool. I love going on holiday and exploring new places. My family & I have stayed a lot in Airbnb properties so this year we decided to do a property of our own to let our guests enjoy Blackpool whilst having a beautiful house and amazing outdoor space to enjoy the sea air.
I only live 5 minutes away from the property, so I am available if needed. We are quite happy to give any information that our guests require regarding where to go and any advice.
A friendly local neighbourhood with parking outside the house or the house does have its own locked rear parking. As you come out of the back entrance Blackpool Pleasure Beach can be seen. This is walkable. The walk to the beach is 1.25miles and entrance to Pleasure Beach is 1.5miles. 10 mins walk away is a park.
Once on the promenade you are close to The Sandcastle WaterWorld. A little further along is the famous Wetherspoons 'Velvet Coaster', the largest Wetherspoons in the country, where you can sit on the 2 balconies and watch the world go by.
Don't feel like walking... Bus stop is 3 mins away to take you into Central Blackpool for North Pier and The Tower. Or the other way will take you into St Annes & Lytham.
Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi & Lidl are all close by. Plenty of places to eat near by which I will give recommendations if required.
Blackpool is home to an amazing cycle path that runs virtually the whole way along the coast from Lytham to Fleetwood. If you wanted to bring bikes it is well worth doing the beautiful coastal ride along the stunning beachfront. There is room in the secure back garden for bikes and you could store them in the beach hut.
Stanley Park is also close by and well worth a visit.
Very close to the M55, so if you want to go further afield for day trips, its quick and easy to get to the Lake District, Manchester & Liverpool
