The Rose ground floor maisonette is a comfortable, stylish, safe, quiet & warm with 2 spacious double (or 2 twin) bedrooms, a bathroom & optional single camp bed available. ⇢ 5 min walk to a large Tesco & all the amenities of Beeston town centre & bus/tram interchange. ⇢ 2 miles to Nott Uni, Hockey & Tennis Centres & 4 miles from Nottingham City centre & Trent Uni. ⇢ 5 mins walk to Beeston train station linking to Nott, London & airports. ⇢ Free on-street parking on surrounding roads.

Beeston is a very cosmopolitan, green and safe suburb of Nottingham. It is very well connected to the the city centre via train, tram or bus. It's also very close to the M1 motorway and EMA airport. Beeston offers many quality bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment it within walking distance of Beeston town centre and various supermarkets. Beeston is home to Nottingham University, Highfields Sports Park, LTA Tennis Centre, Boots HQ and many other businesses and facilities.
